MANPOWER Luxembourg SA is recruiting for one of hes clients, a well-known Brazilian bank:
HelpDesk level 1&2 (M/W)
To provide Desktop support, and work on projects for the local Luxembourg businesses.
The role is very customer facing and requires good interpersonal skills. The role is part of a very busy environment where flexibility is important. This involves supporting Windows and a diverse variety of applications.
The user group totals approximately 170
Desktop support , troubleshooting for initial enquiries and escalation for more complex technical problems
Proactive inventory management of assets under control (PCs, Servers, Printers, etc.)
Involvement in the Continuity Of Business plans and testing
Training of user base in new products being rolled out
Management of local project initiatives on an ad hoc basis as agreed with the local Head of TI
Ensure all troubles and requests are logged in ServiceNow and MarketPlace
Manage the Help Desk environment and ensure troubles are correctly assigned, managed, escalated and reported upon. This is key to ensure user satisfaction.
Role provides Level 1 and 2 support, troubleshooting for initial enquiries and escalation for more complex technical problems
To support regional voice & network team
Manage local voice recording and voice mail
Be available to perform some on-call support
Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment
Knowledge of one or more of the following is beneficial: MS Server, MS Office, Citrix, StorageTek, Multifonds, Bloomberg Terminal
Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written), fluency in French or German is an advantage
Full knowledge of Citigroup systems and languages used on assigned technical/business applications
Excellent technical and customer service skills and customer service approach
Ability to explain technical problems to non technical people without confusing them
