You will be responsible for handling secretarial tasks in English and French
Duties provide secretarial and multilingual assistance to international teams
Graduated with a degree in a relevant field (Bac+2/3 level)
2/3 years of professional experience in a secretarial position is necessary
Perfectly fluent in English, good level of French is a strong asset, knowledge of an additional language would be a distinct advantage
Excellent computer skills (MS Office and internet); perfect command of MS Word and PowerPoint
Superior communication and customer care skills
Rigorous, versatile and granted with good people skills
You are recognized and appreciated for your capacity to manage priorities and for your autonomy
