Talent Aquisition Coordinator (H/F)

Daily responsibilities:

• Review contracts of employment, obtain required signatures and manage distribution and return
• Create hard copy employee files, completing the audit process to ensure all required documentation has been included and closed off
• Timely filing of employee files ensuring adherence to data privacy requirements
• Support on internal and external audit requirements of employee files and data
• Obtain relevant visa and right to work documentation from new employees where required
• Support service quality delivering to team
• Support administration based projects relating to processes and procedures
• Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy
• Support on ad hoc administration requirements

Skills and Experience:

– Equivalent administration experience, preferably with experience of recruiting administration.
– Strong customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships
– Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities and effectively prioritise through peak volume periods
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
– Proven ability to master complete understanding of processes both internal and external to the department
– Proficiency with MS Office Applications
