Your ability to anticipate challenges, make informed decisions, and lead by example will contribute directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.<\/p> <h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2> <ul> <li>Coordinate and oversee daily Passenger Assistance operations to ensure the highest levels of service quality and operational performance.<\/li> <li>Plan, allocate, and optimize operational resources in line with flight schedules and passenger requirements.<\/li> <li>Monitor operational activities throughout the day and implement short-term adjustments when necessary.<\/li> <li>Communicate operational updates, priorities, and instructions to frontline teams.<\/li> <li>Monitor flight movements and anticipate potential disruptions to minimize operational impacts.<\/li> <li>Act as the main point of contact for internal departments, airport stakeholders, airline representatives, and service providers.<\/li> <li>Manage operational disruptions and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams and partners.<\/li> <li>Identify, document, and report operational irregularities while ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are implemented.<\/li> <li>Contribute to performance improvement initiatives by proposing operational enhancements and service quality improvements.<\/li> <li>Support workforce planning, employee development, and operational readiness in collaboration with management and training teams.<\/li> <li>Escalate significant operational issues, risks, or incidents to senior management when required.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2>Profile<\/h2> <h3>Education &amp; Experience<\/h3> <ul> <li>Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification.<\/li> <li>Proven experience within <strong>Passenger Assistance<\/strong>, <strong>Ground Handling<\/strong>, <strong>Airport Operations<\/strong>, or a related aviation environment.<\/li> <li>Previous experience coordinating or supervising operational teams in a fast-paced setting.<\/li> <li>Strong understanding of airport operational processes and customer service standards.<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>Languages<\/h3> <ul> <li>Fluent in English and French or German<\/li> <li>&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/h3> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.<\/li> <li>Excellent organizational and planning skills.<\/li> <li>Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li> <li>Strong decision-making capabilities in time-sensitive situations.<\/li> <li>Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.<\/li> <li>Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.<\/li> <li>Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.<\/li> <\/ul> <nav class=\"matador-job-navigation\"> <ul> <li> <a href=\"https:\/\/manpower.lu\/fr\/jobs\/15368-passenger-assistance-operations-supervisor-m-f-x\/\" rel=\"button\" class=\"matador-button\" title=\"Appliquer maintenant\">Appliquer maintenant<\/a> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/nav> ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lieu: Luxembourg Type : Permanent Travail #15368 Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Passenger Assistance Operations Supervisor to oversee daily passenger assistance activities within a dynamic airport environment.
