{"id":273697,"date":"2026-10-28T10:46:20","date_gmt":"2026-10-28T09:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manpower.lu\/jobs\/15677-compliance-officer-aml-cft-m-f-x\/"},"modified":"2026-10-28T10:46:20","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T09:46:20","slug":"15677-compliance-officer-aml-cft-m-f-x","status":"publish","type":"matador-job-listings","link":"https:\/\/manpower.lu\/fr\/jobs\/15677-compliance-officer-aml-cft-m-f-x\/","title":{"rendered":"Compliance Officer AML\/CFT (M\/F\/X)"},"content":{"rendered":" <ul class=\"matador-job-meta matador-job-meta-job-273697 matador-job-meta-default\"> <li class=\"matador-job-meta-field matador-job-field-job_general_location matador-job-field-value-luxembourg\"> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-label\">Lieu:<\/span> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-value\">LUXEMBOURG<\/span> <\/li> <li class=\"matador-job-meta-field matador-job-field-employmentType matador-job-field-value-temporary\"> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-label\">Type :<\/span> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-value\">Temporary<\/span> <\/li> <li class=\"matador-job-meta-field matador-job-field-bullhorn_job_id matador-job-field-value-15677\"> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-label\">Travail<\/span> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-value\">#15677<\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><b>Client Description:<\/b><br \/>Manpower is recruiting a Compliance Officer AML\/CFT\u00a0for one of its clients in the banking sector based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.<b>Job Description:<\/b><\/p> <h3><strong>Your missions:<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Assess compliance risks related to the Bank\u2019s counterparties, with a particular focus on AML\/CFT requirements, integrity concerns and reputational risks <li>Review and handle compliance consultations and escalations submitted by the First Line of Defence (1LoD) in accordance with internal AML\/CFT procedures and methodologies <li>Independently review and challenge compliance risk assessments performed by the 1LoD while respecting its accountability and ownership <li>Identify information gaps, inconsistencies or missing documentation and request additional information where necessary <li>Provide guidance and support to the 1LoD on compliance matters to ensure the consistent application of AML\/CFT requirements <li>Document findings, recommendations and decisions in the relevant systems, ensuring proper traceability and auditability <li>Monitor and follow up on pending compliance cases, outstanding requests and mitigation actions <li>Support the identification and reporting of suspicious transactions, activities and other matters requiring escalation under AML\/CFT regulations <li>Contribute to the preparation of compliance opinions, assessments and recommendations for internal stakeholders <li>Advise management and business stakeholders on AML\/CFT matters, including high-risk counterparties, complex transactions and emerging compliance risks <li>Support ad hoc compliance projects and initiatives as requested by management <\/ul> <p><b>Candidate Profile:<\/b><\/p> <h3><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>University degree, preferably in Law, Political Science, Economics, Finance or a related field <li>At least 3 years of professional experience in AML\/CFT Compliance <li>Previous experience in similar assignments or projects would be considered an asset <li>Strong understanding of AML\/CFT regulations and compliance risk assessment methodologies <li>Good knowledge of standard IT tools, internet research techniques, and ideally compliance databases and screening tools <li>Practical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to understand operational priorities and business needs <li>Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills <li>Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with various stakeholders <li>Excellent command of English; knowledge of French would be considered an advantage <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail <\/ul> <p><b>What Client Offers:<\/b><\/p> <p><em>Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourg labour law, for a maximum total duration of one year.<\/em><\/p> <p><em>Interested in this opportunity?
