Manpower is urgently recruiting for one of its clients, European institution in Luxembourg:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Attraction and selection activities:
• Provide support to initiate the recruitment process in kick-off meetings with hiring managers, reviewing job adverts, participating to sourcing activities and events, handling communications to promote job openings internally and externally
• Support the hiring team with the screening of applications and coordination of interviews with personal assistants Support the senior recruiter by performing phone and/or competency-based interviews for certain positions and administering online tests (technical and psychometric tests)
• Collect and consolidate feedbacks from the selection panel to prepare for calibration meetings, participate to calibration meetings and document decisions
• Coordinate with the senior recruiter on follow-up actions to close the vacancy
Learning and development
• Maintain the training catalog and recording registrations, attendance, and feedback in the HR system
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to instructor-led trainings, e-learning courses, team offsites, individual coaching sessions, guest speaker events, including handling invoices and liaising with Procurement or Finance and Control.
• Provide the scheduling and logistics for catalog training sessions, including communication with participants
• Help select appropriate learning/training materials and programmed to provide effective and innovative solutions
• Assist with the launch or implementation of new learning initiatives or programmed
• Manage the languages training services provider to ensure a timely and quality delivery for staff and their partners
• Subject to availability, assist in vendor sourcing and selection procedures
Projects and communications:
• Contribute to Talent Management projects as needed
• Assist the HR team in various HR initiatives, communications (incl. relevant intranet pages) and reports

KEY BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proven track record working in an international and diverse environment
• IT literate – highly proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Attention to detail; Ability to organize and priorities
• ‘Can do’ attitude and customer orientation
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy

Duration: first contract of three months, with the possibility to extend to up to 12 months in total.
