Financial Controller (M/F/X)
Manpower Permanent Placement is looking for a Financial Controller (M/F/X) – to join an international industrial company
Status: permanent role
Location: next to the Belgium border
To start as soon as possible
As a Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Managing Director
Your tasks:
Reporting
- Prepare quarterly financial reports (IAS 34) and statutory annual reports under IFRS
- Produce monthly analytical reports (sales, stock, working capital, cash flow)
- Excellent working knowledge of IFRS/IAS is required
- Controlling
- Strong experience in controlling, including CAPEX/OPEX follow-up
- Perform actual vs. budget gap and variance analysis
- Budgeting
- Experience in establishing and monitoring budgets within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Taxes and Legal ReportingExperience with:

- Local income tax and wealth tax declarations
- VAT and Intrastat reporting
- STATEC reporting
Payroll Accounting
Manage social security reconciliations, payroll accounting, and cost analysis
Reporting Line
Collaboration with the team
Your Profile :
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field, and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, DESCF, or equivalent)
- Several years of proven experience in accounting within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Fluency in English is a must; French and German are strong assets
- Strong exposure to one or more recognized ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a hands-on approach
- Background in Information Systems is a strong advantage.
