Manpower Luxembourg SA is urgently recruiting for one of its clients in Luxembourg:
Administrative and Accounting Assistant (m/f)
Temporary Assignment – 12 months – 16h/week
– Handle reception of email and DHL/Fast courier
– Scan documents and save documents that need to be sent to external parties (e.g. payroll service provider, tax consultant, etc.)
– Provide Administrative support to the Team (e.g. stationery orders; etc.)
– Provide immediate technical assistance: facility, IT and telecommunication material
– Scan invoices to the service center for booking, prepare and control the bi-weekly payment filed, file invoices
– Liaise internally and externally with suppliers and administration in case of litigation
– Assist with month and close process: documentation and files handling to support the Manager
– Prepare specific account analysis and reconciliations in Excel as requested (this can relate to VAT, financial statements, etc.)
– Perform other related duties assigned by the Manager
– 3-5 years of experience in providing administrative and accounting support to an international corporation
– Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language will be considered an advantage
– Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent interpersonal communication skills with both external and internal counterparties
– Highly organized, flexible, proactive, autonomous
