Accounts Receivable Officer (M/F/X) – Permanent role
Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, a prestigious international law and tax firm, an Accounts Receivable Officer (M/F/X) on a permanent contract to join the finance department.
Status: Permanent contract (CDI)
Location: Kirchberg
Your Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and improving financial interactions with our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Take full responsibility for the partner portfolios assigned to you.
- Proactively contact clients by phone and email regarding outstanding invoices.
- Work closely with partners, responsible attorneys, and team assistants across various practice groups to optimize processes.
- Provide copies of invoices, account statements, and efficiently respond to audit confirmation requests.
- Ensure accurate recording of all transactions and administrative communications.
- Propose ideas for process improvements and report directly to the Finance and Administration Manager.
Your Profile :
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages such as French, German, Luxembourgish, or Dutch is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience with collection software and understanding its functionality is essential.
- A mature, independent worker who is results-driven, with excellent team spirit and the ability to manage stress effectively.
