Position: HR and Learning & Development Officer (M/W/X)
Contract Type: Temporary Mission

Your Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate HR and L&D projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps, then design and implement development programs tailored to those needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, analyze HR and L&D data, and present insights and results to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully implement HR and L&D initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all project stages.
- Communication: Ensure smooth and effective communication in English, and ideally German, to facilitate collaboration across multicultural teams.
Your Profile:
- Experience in HR or L&D: Previous experience in HR or Learning & Development is essential.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Excel is required to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, with a strong ability to prioritize and meet objectives.
