Procurement Service Center Specialist (M/W/X)
Tempory contract
Tasks:
- Supplier registration and master data management.
- Purchase orders creation and modifications.
- Purchase requisition review.
- Contract enablement in system.
- Support for accounting issues and the invoicing flow.
- Contract suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve issues related to the procurement
back-office activities flow.
- Other procurement-related administrative activities.
- Support in continuous process improvement.
Profile:
- Secondary education or accomplished apprenticeship.
- University degree would be an advantage.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience (not mandatory).
- Back Office/Administration/Customer Service.
Knowledge:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, any additional languages are considered as a plus.
- Basic SAP knowledge.
- Excel proficiency.
Competences:
- Reliable, detail oriented, accurate and results oriented.
- Good ability to synthesize, pragmatic.
- Analytical mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
- Problem solving approach.
- Be proactive and take initiatives.
- Flexibility and good attitude in acting as a central pivot.
- Autonomous.
