? The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients, a company recognized in Luxembourg as one of the largest suppliers to the automotive industry, an Industrial Electrotechnician in a permanent position.
Job Description:
Directly reporting to the Team Leader of your maintenance team working in continuous shifts (4X8), you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of the industrial equipment at the plant.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure maximum availability of installations (electromechanical troubleshooting, automation, robotics).
- Prioritize corrective maintenance of all site installations (fault detection, anticipating potential failures, repairing stopped installations).
- Participate in actions to improve installations.
- Follow safety regulations.
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial troubleshooting.
- A qualification (BEP / BAC Pro / BTS) in electrotechnics and/or industrial electricity.
- Willingness to work in shift hours (4×8).
- Knowledge of automation (Siemens).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to take appropriate initiatives to resolve issues (troubleshooting).
- Enjoy working in a team and demonstrate responsiveness.
- Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
