Senior Accountant – Real Estate

As an Accountant, you will be working on the management of multiple entities as well as play a key role in managing the A-Z accounting within the group. There is also the autonomy to handle all financial processes, as well as dealing with auditors and internal stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the daily accounting of several entities.
- Coordinate and perform quarterly and annual closings as well as balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure analytical accounting for projects and headquarters sites.
- Be responsible for VAT declarations and tax obligations.
- Prepare and monitor annual accounts, reports, and other financial documents.
- Resolve complex accounting issues and advise the team.
- Implement and improve accounting procedures and optimization projects.
- Advise and collaborate with the management control department and the development team.
Your Profile
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent diploma.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a fiduciary or similar role.
- Excellent mastery of Lux GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience in the Real Estate sector is an asset.
- Knowledge of VAT
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong analytical skills, rigour, and organizational sense.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
