Administrative Assistant – European Institution (H/F/X)
Client Description:
Manpower Luxembourg is seeking dedicated administrative assistants to support a team of professionals and other administrative/operational/financial assistant for an European Institution based in Luxembourg.
Job Description:
- Manage the administrative activities of the division.
- Organize internal and external meetings or appointments
- Finalize, distribute, and file documents and reports prepared by the division staff.
- Maintain up-to-date statistics and work plans.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants within the division and department.
- Organize staff meetings, teleconferences, and other event
- Review and assist with presentations, reports, correspondence, etc., as needed
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Department
- Develop balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Manage invoices
- Analyze financial information and summarize the financial status.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor or Master in legal, economics, accounting, or business administration field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
- Proficiency in standard computer tools, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Business Objects is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
