Digital Printing Expert (H/F/X)
A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Printing Expert to support the development and optimization of digital printing processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in digital printing, automation, and process engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, troubleshoot, and program digital printing processes.
- Analyze print quality and evaluate process parameters.
- Collaborate with suppliers and purchasing for equipment and materials.
- Maintain digital printers and print heads.
- Train and guide team members on digital printing operations.
- Work closely with product development teams.
- Support data preparation for digital printing.
- Assist engineers with robot programming and multi-axis machine operations.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Digital Printing, Automation Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital printer construction and ink behavior (rheology, suspension, waveform programming).
- Experience with print data preparation and template modification.
- Programming skills in KUKA KRL (ideally also C+, C#, or Python).
- Familiarity with software such as Beckhoff SPS, TwinCAT, Rhino CAD, Visual Studio, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Ergosoft RIP V16.
- Fluent in English; German and/or French are strong assets.
