Launch Expert (H/F/X)

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Launch Expert to support and coordinate product launch activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of project cycles, production processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor on-time delivery of parts, ensuring correct quantity and quality throughout the project cycle.
• Identify and proactively resolve deviations related to planning, material availability, and quality.
• Prepare updates and align with the Program Management Team.
• Improve launch management standards and harmonize documentation.
• Define handover milestones from launch phase to serial production.
• Support risk management and provide assistance in critical project situations.
• Prepare and deliver training related to launch processes.
• Conduct quarterly analyses of quality performance for ongoing launches.
• Lead workshops and follow up on action plans to eliminate systemic process issues.

Your Profile:

• Initial experience in project management within the automotive industry.
• Strong persistence and a “never give up” mindset, especially in managing part availability.
• Ability to plan and track timelines effectively.
• Solid understanding of production principles and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 and product safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to build trust-based relationships across departments.
• Capable of escalating issues appropriately and implementing structured solutions.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
