Client Description:
Manpower Luxembourg is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispute Resolution Analyst for one of our esteemed clients. This role is integral to the Dispute Resolution Unit, which manages collaborative resolution processes with the support of local facilitators and mediators.
Job Description:

Objective of the Mission: The Dispute Resolution Analyst will contribute to the mission of the Dispute Resolution Unit by managing collaborative resolution processes. The incumbent will report to the Head of Unit and work closely with both internal and external counterparts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conflict Analysis:
  • Conduct basic conflict analysis for cases and identify information gaps.
  • Conduct research on the parties involved, including contextual analysis of local, cultural, and other conditions related to the case.
  • Communication and Documentation:
  • Draft presentations for inreach and outreach events.
  • Prepare articles and posts to support the team’s communication efforts.
  • Prepare agendas and dispatch documents for joint and virtual meetings.
  • Attend and document meetings as required.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle administrative tasks related to service providers (facilitators/interpreters), including invoicing.
  • Draft public CM reports under the guidance of DR officers.
  • Provide support to DR officers and local facilitators in case management.
  • Data Management:
  • Collect and analyze DR-specific data.
  • Update the Case Management System (CMS) and ensure all relevant case points are recorded.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, Law, Conflict Resolution, Management, Communication).
    • At least three (3) years of professional experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and information management skills.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent command of written and oral English. Knowledge of another EU language is an advantage.
    • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
    • Previous experience with dispute resolution is an advantage.
    • Experience working with local communities in the developing world is an asset.
    • Ability to use AI tools responsibly and effectively is considered an advantage.
