Job Description:
- Assist in the timely and professional production of various reports (including financial reports) to be shared with external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to mandates.
- Maintain up-to-date monitoring status of mandates, including the upkeep of respective databases and utilization of EIB tools.
- Prepare statistics and presentations, incorporating graphs and charts, along with other ad-hoc internal/external correspondence, and provide additional support as required by Management.
- Support the monitoring of the business plan in terms of signatures and disbursements across EIB Global geographies, namely Enlargement and Neighborhood Countries, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia and Pacific.
- Collect and compile information/documents required for external parties (e.g., Auditors, EC) whenever relevant.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from other front and back office services within the EIB and propose solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or certification in a related field such as Economics or Business Administration; alternatively, secondary level education supplemented with a 2-year higher certification in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of pertinent professional experience at a senior operational support level.
- Proficiency in Excel and a good to advanced command of MS Office in general. Familiarity with EIB IT systems (BO, Serapis, GED, PeopleSoft, NOW, MMS, ASApp) would be advantageous.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. A working knowledge of French would be benefic
