HR ADMIN OFFICER PART TIME (H/F/X)
Job Description:
The HR admin is responsible for managing time and HR systems, conducting audits, and providing
daily support to employees. Within the team, you specialize in time management: you ensure
compliance with provisions relating to working hours by controlling schedules and timekeeping
operations across the company.
Time Management and HR System Management [SAP/ CATS]
? Conduct weekly and monthly time management reviews to identify and implement efficiency
improvements.
? Perform weekly and monthly audits of the HR system [SAP] to ensure data integrity and
accuracy.
? Provide daily support and guidance to employees on time management and HR system
issues.
? Assist with SAP onboarding and of/boarding tasks
? Calculate days abroad and manage time management accuracy for cross-border
employees.
? Assist with sick leave, holidays within the system.
? Analyse and check the accuracy of the time management accounts
? Stay updated on changes related laws and implement necessary adjustments to maintain
compliance.
? Provide daily support to employees with Time management- HR System related requests, fostering a
supportive and efficient work environment.
Candidate Profile:
First experience with SAP preferred
Operational proficiency in SAP required
Basic knowledge of Luxembourg labour law
Fluency in two of the following language combinations:

A minimum professional level of English is required
