Manpower Luxembourgh is seeking an Invoice Controller (H/F/X), for one of his clients based in Findel
Job Description:
- Ensure a stable and efficient interface with the departments of Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cost Control, and Asset Management.
- Actively contribute to the development, oversight, and validation of the Technics division’s business planning and budgeting processes.
- Administer and supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable for Technics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Safeguard the integrity and functionality of the system interface between Technics and the financial management software.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for invoice verification and processing, ensuring alignment with current internal policies and procedures.
- Gather, analyze, and report specific cost data related to insurance claims or other designated projects, as defined within the Technics system.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to the Finance Department and the Business & Project Controller.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a secondary education diploma (BAC) and/or demonstrate proven experience in a similar role.
- Have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Be proficient in standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and demonstrate proficiency in French or German.
- Display strong organizational abilities and a keen sense of prioritization.
- Show initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Be capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Uphold the strict confidentiality of sensitive data and information.
