Client Description:
Manpower is seeking a dedicated Chief Executive/Deputy Chief Executive – (Associate) Liquidity Risk Analyst to manage Risk Models & Analytics Unit under the Capital Management & Financial Risks Division within the institution’s Risk Office. The unit’s remit primarily consists of development of advanced methodologies and tools to help Risk Office measure, monitor and manage the institution’s financial risk and capital.

 
Job Description:
You will report to and work under the supervision of the Head of Unit. You will work closely with other Services (various Risk Office divisions, Investment Office divisions, etc.). You will also cooperate with central IT Services (incl. with other Data Officers) and with external consultants.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to a major process optimisation project involving process redesign, updates to the control framework, and the development of new manuals and procedures to enhance reporting templates and deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of automated checks in the Python system to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with process improvement goals.
• Support digitalisation and optimisation efforts related to the monthly liquidity KRI.
• Support the automation and development of more frequent liquidity risk computations (weekly/daily) to meet front office and regulatory needs.

 
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
• University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Finance, Mathematic, Economics, Business Administration or similar fields;
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in finance, such as financial administration and financial risk management.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with the ability to apply it in financial or risk-related tasks such as data analysis, automation, or reporting.
