Fund Operations & Market Account Specialist (M/W/X)
Job Description:

Manage the opening and maintenance of custody and market accounts

Support the implementation of new operational processes with service providers
-
Handle fund lifecycle events such as mergers, liquidations, and restructurings
-
Coordinate asset transfers and ensure compliance with operational, fiscal, and regulatory standards

Assist with FX setups and operational cash flow coordination
-
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance) and external custodians
-
Maintain accurate and consistent data and documentation throughout all operational processes
Candidate Profile:
-
Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
-
Previous experience in fund operations, asset servicing, or custody management
-
Sound understanding of UCITS structures and cross-border fund activities
-
Knowledge of accounting principles and fund valuation (NAV)
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Fluency in English; French and/or German are considered valuable assets
