Project Manager / Data & Analytics Project Expert (M/W/X)
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project activities within a digitalisation programme. This includes managing the project management office, tracking dependencies, ensuring delivery, monitoring budgets, and reporting. The role supports the organisation’s transition to a digital and data-driven environment.
Job Description:

Contribute to ongoing projects and programmes by:
- Supporting the delivery of digitalisation initiatives, including IT system modernisation and data/reporting platforms.
- Facilitating the shift towards a data-centric institution.
- Guiding stakeholders in project management practices.
- Promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Ensure successful execution of the project portfolio by:
- Defining and monitoring key success factors.
- Tracking status, budget, scope, and timelines at both project and portfolio levels.
- Coaching stakeholders in project management.
- Managing interdependencies and risks across projects.
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Align project portfolio activities with business priorities.

Apply robust monitoring tools for budget control and project oversight.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication in transversal projects.
