Back Office Administrator – Warranty Support (M/F)
Manpower is looking for a Back Office Administrator – Warranty Support for one of its clients specialized in industrial solutions, located in the Contern area. The duration of the contract is a temporary assignment with a minimum duration of 2 months, with a possibility of extension.
Your missions:

Support the international product warranty registration process

Provide administrative assistance to the team

Verify and control warranty data for accuracy and completeness

Update information in the ERP system

Collect and register documents in collaboration with European subsidiaries

Update and maintain filing systems and databases
-
Ensure data quality and proper follow-up of administrative procedures
Your profile:

You have a strong administrative background

You are detail-oriented, well-organized and reliable

You are able to work independently and as part of a team

You have good communication and interpersonal skills

You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience in an international environment is an asset
