Operational Risk Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is recruiting an Operational Risk Officer – Non-Financial Risk for one of its institutional clients operating in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Coordinate the review and update of the institution’s Non-Financial Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) and related (K)RIs, including preparation of supporting documentation
- Support the update and migration of Operational Risk datasets into the dedicated Mega Hopex platform
- Contribute to the development and formalisation of internal processes and manuals linked to data governance and migration activities
- Assist in the preparation of the Non-Financial Risk quarterly report, including collection, validation, and consolidation of (K)RI data
- Contribute to the Group-level Non-Financial Risk quarterly reporting process
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability in line with internal governance and control standards
Your profile:
- University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in operational risk or non-financial risk management
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Copilot / AI tools
- Knowledge of Mega Hopex or similar Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools is an asset
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly in a demanding environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
