HR Administrator (H/F/X) – German & English – Part-time 24–32h/week
Manpower Luxembourg is looking for an HR Administrator (part-time) for one of its clients, an international company specialized in the transport and logistics, located in Luxembourg City.
This position is offered on a permanent basis, with the possibility to start on an interim contract before a direct hiring.
Your missions:
- Drafting and follow-up of employment contracts and amendments
- Daily HR administration and employee documentation management
- Management of sick leave and illness-related procedures
- Follow-up of sick pay and social security processes
- Support with pension applications and related formalities
- Handling of child benefits and parental leave requests
- Liaison with external administrations and social security bodies
- General HR support to employees and management
Your profile :
- Previous experience in HR administration or HR support
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory
- Experience handling contracts and social/legal HR procedures
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Discreet, reliable and service-oriented
- Able to work autonomously
