Depositary Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is looking for a Depositary Officer for one of its clients specialized in financial services and located in Luxembourg.
This position is part of a dynamic and international environment within the fund industry, offering the opportunity to work on oversight and monitoring activities in compliance with regulatory requirements related to alternative investment funds (AIFs).
Your missions :

Perform ongoing oversight and monitoring duties in accordance with CSSF requirements and AIFMD regulations

Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of fund service providers, including fund administrators and investment managers

Ensure proper ownership verification and perform asset reconciliation controls

Monitor daily cash flows and ensure accuracy and compliance
-
Review valuation processes, investment restrictions, and NAV calculations
-
Monitor transaction settlements, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
-
Assist in the preparation and issuance of quarterly KPI reports
-
Support year-end portfolio asset position reporting processes

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD and CSSF circulars
-
Contribute to updating internal procedures in line with regulatory developments

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes
Your profile:
-
University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a depositary role within the Luxembourg fund industry

Good knowledge of AIFMD regulations and depositary oversight responsibilities

Experience working with alternative investment funds (AIF), ideally Private Equity or Real Estate funds

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good command of MS Office, especially Excel

Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset
