Manpower is looking for a Social Media Communication Officer for a prestigious European institution located in Luxembourg. This temporary assignment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital communication strategy of a highly visible international organisation.

Your missions:

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s social media content calendar, ensuring relevance, consistency, and accuracy

• Create engaging and high-quality content for digital channels and communication campaigns

• Collaborate closely with internal communication teams, social media experts, and speechwriters to ensure coherent messaging

• Monitor social media performance and prepare detailed analytics and performance reports

• Conduct social media listening using specialised tools to monitor trends, audience engagement, and reputation

• Support the implementation of ongoing digital communication campaigns and strategic initiatives

• Contribute to the development and optimisation of innovative communication tools, including AI-based projects

• Ensure alignment between social media activities and the organisation’s overall communication objectives

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, digital communication, or external communication

• Proven experience in managing social media channels in a professional or institutional environment

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are considered an asset

• Experience with social media monitoring and listening tools (such as Meltwater or similar platforms)

• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is an advantage

• Experience within a European institution, international organisation, or agency environment is highly valued

• Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
