Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting an Operations & Performance Monitoring Analyst – Investment Office for one of its institutional clients operating in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Enter and update operational data accurately and on time from deal creation to signature, ensuring compliance with investment mandates and workflows
  • Manage backlog and pending operational requests while ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability
  • Perform data cleansing, verification, and validation to support reliable reporting and informed decision-making
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational processes to ensure consistency and knowledge retention
  • Support digitalisation and automation of application processes related to guarantees, equity, and mandates, including mapping existing workflows and assisting with testing and deployment phases
  • Contribute to the development of IT tools and dashboards by consolidating stakeholder needs and improving reporting capabilities
  • Work closely with Business Support teams to optimise data management processes and support automation initiatives
  • Collect and consolidate business requirements related to pipeline monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinate with teams across the Investment Office to align workflows and deadlines
  • Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operational processing and audit readiness
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials and operational updates for senior management

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations management, transaction processing, or similar roles
  • University degree (preferably postgraduate level) in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
  • Fluent English, written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Experience in banking, asset management, private equity, venture capital, portfolio guarantees, or mandates is a plus
  • Knowledge of Alteryx or eFront is an asset
  • Experience with Tableau, Business Objects, or similar data visualisation tools is beneficial
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
  • Well-organised with strong prioritisation skills and a results-driven approach
  • Process-improvement mindset with focus on automation, efficiency, and optimisation
