Back Office Analyst (M/F/X)
Client Description:
Manpower is looking for a Back Office Analyst / Lending Transaction Processing Officer for one of its clients operating in the banking sector, as part of a temporary assignment.Job Description:
Your missions:
- Manage and monitor lending transactions in the bank’s core lending system
- Record and verify key information related to lending contracts
- Process lending lifecycle events such as disbursements, prepayments, credit updates, restructurings, and guarantees
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data recorded in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines
- Analyze transactions and investigate any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams across the organization
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the team and ensure deadlines are met
Candidate Profile:
Your profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in banking or financial services, preferably in lending
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong IT skills and ability to work effectively with digital tools and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and work within tight deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
