Client Description:
Manpower is looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of its clients operating in the financial sector, as part of a temporary assignment.Job Description:

Your missions:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the division
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of notes, presentations, and other documents in line with internal standards
  • Manage the distribution of notes and follow up with authors to ensure deadlines are respected
  • Coordinate the team’s time and labour registration and prepare related labour cost calculations
  • Liaise with the central budgeting team regarding administrative and cost-related matters
  • Monitor key deadlines related to projects, notes, and reporting activities within the division
  • Maintain and update internal databases and manage electronic document archives
  • Support the preparation and organisation of meetings, presentations, seminars, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Handle telephone coverage, mail and document distribution, and diary management
  • Prepare letters and other administrative documents and ensure appropriate approvals and signatures
  • Finalise, distribute, and properly file documents and reports
  • Collaborate closely with other assistants and team members to ensure efficient information flow and a positive working environment

Candidate Profile:

Your profile:

  • Secondary education, ideally complemented by a two-year certification in a relevant field such as secretarial studies or business administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, and a good level of French. Knowledge of additional European languages such as German is considered an advantage
