Back Office Analyst / Transaction Processing and Management Officer
Client Description:
Manpower is looking for a Back Office Analyst / Transaction Processing and Management Officer for one of its clients operating in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.Job Description:
Your missions:
- Perform end-of-process controls on borrowing, derivatives, and treasury instruments based on the four-eye principle
- Ensure EMIR regulatory reporting
- Control and monitor coupon fixings for financial instruments
- Carry out verification and validation tasks for money market operations
- Perform securities verification and validation
- Conduct derivatives verification and validation checks
- Manage the sending and control of SWIFT messages
- Ensure accuracy, traceability, and documentation of transactions in internal systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of back-office processes and support digital transformation initiatives
Candidate Profile:
Your profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a bank or financial institution, ideally in a Back Office or Middle Office role
- Experience with financial instruments such as bonds, derivatives, FX, and money market instruments
- Hands-on experience in treasury operations, banking operations, or financial markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Very good knowledge of Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Wall Street Suite, ION) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SWIFT standards (ISO20022)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Openness to process improvements and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions
- Very good command of English
