Procurement Project Coordinator – Raw Materials (M/F/X)
Manpower is looking for a Procurement Development Project Manager (Raw Material Support) for a client specialized in the industrial sector, located in Luxembourg.
This position is part of the Raw Material Procurement department and aims to support the rollout of key procurement projects, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) initiatives to enhance supplier performance and operational efficiency.
Your missions
- Manage and execute SAP MRP-related procurement transactions in line with the overall procurement strategy
- Monitor standard reports and collaborate with key users to develop ad hoc reporting tools
- Extract and analyze POS data from SAP, ensuring consistency with supplier allocation strategies
- Oversee the execution of allocation by local planning teams, with a focus on call-off processes
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of OTIF performance tracking
- Support the deployment of Vendor Risk Management (VRM), including supplier ownership assignment and master data maintenance
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of procurement data and processes
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and reliable, with a results-driven approach
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with SAP (ECC, Ariba, MDG) is a strong advantage
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered a plus
