Junior HR & Payroll Officer (M/F/X)
Manpower is looking for a Junior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist for a client specialized in the FMCG sector, located in Luxembourg.
This is a temporary assignment within an international and dynamic environment, offering the opportunity to develop strong expertise in HR administration and payroll.
Your missions
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g. SAP HR)
- Support absence tracking and ensure data accuracy
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
- Coordinate administrative processes such as medical check-ups
- Review and validate expense claims in line with internal policies
- Monitor reimbursements and ensure proper follow-up
- Manage corporate credit cards (requests, activation, monitoring, closure)
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data
- Contribute to various HR projects and administrative improvements
Your profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- First experience in HR administration, payroll, or expense management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools (SAP HR is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of Luxembourg labor, tax, and social security regulations
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
