Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting an Office Manager (M/F/X) for one of its clients.

Facilities Management:

  • Ensure that office facilities are in good condition and safe for employees and visitors.
  • Coordinate maintenance, security, and cleaning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Supply Management:
  • Oversee the inventory and purchase of office supplies, including stationery, consumables, and equipment needed for daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage vendor relationships.
Access Management:
  • Manage the activation and deactivation of access cards for employees and visitors.
  • Correspondence and Communications Management:
  • Organize the receipt and distribution of mail and other documents.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
Human Resources:
  • Collaborate with the human resources department on various activities, including recruiting, onboarding new employees, and managing personnel records.
  • Coordinate staff events and activities, as well as future departures.
Event and Meeting Management:
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings, conferences, and other company-related events.
  • Ensure that meetings and events run smoothly by handling logistics and providing support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Languages: English and Spanish mandatory. French is valuable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of basic HR procedures and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
