Sales Manager – All/FR/GB – (M/F/X)
Manpower Permanent Placement, the recruitment firm of the Manpower group, is looking for one of its clients, an international commercial company, a Sales Manager – All/FR/GB – (M/F/X) for a permanent position.
Location : Mondercange
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop the sales team using common methods for client prospecting and management. • Ensure the achievement of sales targets as defined in the budget and in accordance with the management’s roadmap.
• Increase sales while optimizing margins and adhering to the company’s commercial policy and credit risk management procedures.
• Utilize differentiation and product/service innovation strategies to ensure commercial efficiency.
• Monitor sales performance using the management tools provided.
• Propose and implement commercial and promotional actions to boost sales and product awareness.
• Assist sales representatives in retaining existing clients, acquiring new clients, and managing debt collection.
• Establish competitive intelligence tools in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
Profile :
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg.
• Proficiency in French, German, and English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, precision, autonomy, and initiative.
• Strong computer skills.
• Dynamic with the ability to motivate teams.
• Marketing sensitivity.
