MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients:
HR Support (M/W)
• Creating and tracking the SAP purchase requests for all the costs related to the training and development activities;
• Confirming the services delivery for all the SAP purchase requests created (benestare);
• Collaborating with the providers in order to ensure that the invoices are aligned to Internal process;
• Controlling and follow up on the payment of the invoices;
• Training cost controlling;
• Organizing all logistic activities for the training delivery;
• Managing the process for the language’s courses: enrollment, follow up, invoices;
• Providing all the documentation needed for the cofounding for the training costs to the supplier partner for this objective (SDWorks);
• Helping the team to prepare presentations;
• Analyzing data (dashboard and training tracking tool/success factor);
• Managing and maintaining well the relation with Administration, Procurement, HRIS, University teams and Service providers.
• University Degree or other relevant education for administrative jobs;
• 3 years’ experience;
• Fluent in English and French;
• Administrative roles and data analysis skills;
• Strong MS Excel, SAP (RDA, benestare) skills;
• Training tracking tool and Success Factor are considered an asset;
• Ease with handling abstract tasks;
• Problem solving, proactivity, analysis, precision, result orientation, time management, attitude with numbers and processes, team working;
• Knowledge of cofounding is considered an asset.
