The ManpowerGroup company is recruiting for one of its clients, specialized in finance, an Audit Manager specialized in Private Equity (M/F/X) to join the audit department and be involved in the new projects of the company.
Type of contract: Permanent
"As part of this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass overseeing the team, conducting NAV calculations, and contributing to service enhancement."
Yours tasks :
· Collaborate closely with Audit Partners to oversee a diverse range of client accounts.
· Supervise and manage audit engagements efficiently.
· Lead and guide the fieldwork team throughout the process.
· Ensure timely completion of engagements in line with client deadlines and adherence to high-quality audit standards.
· Monitor engagement profitability and budgetary compliance.
· Foster strong, trustworthy relationships with clients through consistent communication.
· Predict and fulfill client requirements, establishing yourself as a trusted business collaborator.
· Contribute proactively to client portfolio growth through your professionalism and innovative initiatives.
· Represent our organization at external events, heightening our profile and promoting our services.
· Actively engage in thought leadership by delivering articles, seminars, and contributing to various working groups.
Your ideal qualifications:
· You should possess a minimum of 7 years' expertise in External Audit, with a notable emphasis on the Private Equity domain, preferably within Luxembourg.
· Abble to calculate VAT
· Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, management, or business administration, ideally with a specialized background in audit or control, is essential.
· Notably, your history should reflect experience in effective team management.
· Certification as a public accountant is either a current credential or a path you're actively pursuing.
· A demonstrated fluency in English is expected.
· Your work style showcases meticulous organization and precision across all dimensions.
· Your exceptional communication aptitude, coupled with your adaptability and adeptness in handling unforeseen challenges, further highlights your profile.
