Corporate Reporting Specialist (M/F/X)
Temporary position

TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES:
• Provide timely and insightful reporting of financial KPIs for the Group, Areas and main countries
• Prepare the Consolidated Group Managerial P&L for Monthly Closure, consisting in data checks, Group consolidation and preparation of gap analysis versus institutional scenarios
• Preparing Group Consolidated P&L for Forecast scenarios, using the specific tools and controlling on all the P&L lines to achieve Group targets
• Work at the preparation of the budget/saf data templates along with all the needed functions
• Collect data and information from all the “cost owners” (Procurement, HCO, KSC, Plants, BUs, Central Functions, Full R&D)
• Develop account reconciliations, data consistency check and analysis ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Supporting the maintenance of BDG/SAF tools and HFM data/metadata activities
• Monitor Group calendars activities status
• Support the M&A integration process
• Ad hoc reporting for specific business needs/Projects

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Finance administration role
• Proficient in MS-Office applications,
• Hyperion Financial Management Knowledge: SAP ECC, SAP BW and Essbase are considered a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner
• Proactive, results orientated
• Highly attentive to detail and self-motivated, with the ability to work individually or in a team environment to meet strict deadlines accurately
• Problem solving Attitude
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all the internal stakeholders (Functions, Business Areas, etc..)
