MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a well-known company located in the city center:
Customer Service Specialist (m/w)
– As a key role in Supply Chain, our Customer Service is the focal point between our distributors, sales, supply chain and factories
– Give a strong support to our distributors and make sure to clear the goods on time and efficiently (collect and send shipping documents to distributors, keep accurate shipping instructions and anticipate/solve any external issue)
– Keep an eye on our containers in transit by assuring a daily tracking online
– Work closely with planners, finance and factories to assure and confirm goods delivery on a weekly basis
– Proforma creation, pricing, credit/debit note
– Language skills: English (any other European language is a plus)
– IT Skills: Excel mandatory + SAP a plus
– Soft skills : strong communication, organized and rigorous, team spirit
– 3 years experience in a similar position is a plus. Strong knowledge of Export process and international trade in general is an adding-value.
– Technical skills: Mid/Advance Excel , SAP is a plus
– Soft skills: well organized and eager to learn, able to react quickly to a problem, keep a strong communication with colleagues and distributors, proactive and team spirit
– Languages: English, other European language is a plus
