Job description :
Tasks:
? Accountable for the set-up of the in scope projects Better For You Exports
? Liaise closely and manage external and internal cross functional teams in order to achieve accurate, efficient product masterdata integration for Better For You Category
? Ensure excellence in planning & execution throughout the Product initiative / integrating the Lux teams (TM PFM, Procurement, Planning, Market Units, Strategic Marketing, Graphic Chain, Packaging Unit) to work on the deliverables properly
? Integrate systems into the mother branch ones. Regularly monitor and analyse the status and quality of key scope, schedule and risk management of the initiative plan
? Supply Chain and Customer team is a daily stakeholder to align on provided Masterdata for the clients
Job profile:
? Bachelors’/master’s degree in supply chain, Business Management, Business Operations, or any related field
? At least 5 years of excellent track record of project/program management skills, and planning experience in a FMCG environment
? Project management and planning roles performed at marketing, graphic level/graphic chain, supply chain in complex environment
? IT & process-oriented skills
? SAP ECC is the SAP application used daily at Master Data level
? Wave or any other Stage and Gate artwork flow system
? IGM or any Templates or Graphic System (Templates )
? Planning skills (use of BW, APO, SAP for planning intents)
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong influencing, and negotiation skills
? Driven, analytical mind and solid leadership attitude
