Manpower Permanent Placement, the recruitment company of ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients, an consulting company specialised in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. They are looking for an Manager for Compliance and Regulatory department (M/W/X) in Permanent contract, based in Hesperange.

Your tasks:

•As an expert, you will provide our clients and our teams with professional advices and support in the regulatory, compliance and AML/CFT fields;
•You will have a direct relation with our clients for which you will set-up and manage compliance functions, implement remedial actions plans and prepare conclusions to the attention of their senior management;
•As a team leader, you will be working with a team of consultants and you will review their deliverable analysis and reports;
•You will build a strong and lasting relationship with the clients based on the added value you will bring to their activities and business;
•You will work closely with our Managing Partners, Director, Senior Managers and you will be involved in the life of our Partners: you will meet clients and prospects, prepare services proposals, follow our clients’ needs, and assist the client invoicing;
•You will be willing to take Compliance Officer positions in an ear future and RC (AML/CFT Officer) mandates for our clients.

Your profile:

•You have a Master’s degree in Law, Finance or Economics;
•You have at least 5 years of relevant experiences in Compliance and/or AML/CFT functions in the financial sector, such as RR, RC, compliance officer and/or regulatory consultant;
•You have experience of Compliance and AML/CFT functions, including as for examples the drafting of manual of procedures, the implementation of Compliance Monitoring Programs, the setup of remedial action plans, and/or the conduct of AML/CFT audits;
•You are familiar with the legal framework governing the regulated and authorized entities in Luxembourg, such as the CSSF Circulars 18/698, 20/758 and 12/552;
•You have a strong understanding of compliance methodology, regulatory assessments and controls, and thorough knowledge of AML/CTF obligations including the latest legal developments;
