MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a well-known company located in Luxembourg:

Office Administrator (M/W)

Tasks:
You will eporting directly to the General Manager, your tasks will be :
• Being the first impression of the company by welcoming visitors at the reception
• Organizing visits and appointments with clients
• Handling the incoming phone calls
• Managing and follow-up on the postal mail
• Ensuring great meeting room preparation for meetings/trainings/other events;
• Inviting employees to meetings
• Organizing business travels (hotels, cars, taxi, flights, etc.)
• Purchasing office materials
• Supporting the Site Management and partly HR in administrative tasks

Profile:
• You have a bachelor’s degree in administrative field
• You have at least 3 years of working experience in Reception, Office Management, Administrator department,
• You are fluent in German, English as well as French
• You are dynamic, proactive, result oriented and a team player
• You have great organizational skills;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; SAP is an asset.
