PORTFOLIO MANAGER (M/W/X) – FIDUCIARY – PERMANENT CONTRACT

Manpower Permanent Placement, the recruitment company of ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients, which is an International Fiduciary in Luxembourg. They are looking for a Portfolio Manager (permanent contract).

You will be joining a company composed of over 50 employees. Specificalskly, you will be joining the Relationship team, which is divided into 2 sub-teams. You will report directly to the Team Manager. Your role will be crucial and focused on client relations.

Your tasks:

– Consistently apply regulations, administrative procedures, and operating rules.
– Achieve production objectives, including various productivity targets.
– Respect schedules set by the Team Manager for both the team and individuals.
– Meet Key Performance Indicator targets, encompassing annual accounts and tax returns.
– Actively work on debt recovery.
– Organize work meticulously to enhance client satisfaction.
– Develop service offers aligned with clients' expectations and needs.
– Establish service agreements between clients and the company
– Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients while adhering to procedures.
– Coordinate company incorporation and administrative formalities.
– Engage with third parties such as advisors, banks, notaries, and authorities.
– Update and manage the client database.
– Handle legal aspects, including board meetings and general assemblies.
– Oversee the production of annual accounts and liaise with technical teams.
– Monitor clients' tax situations, coordinate actions with tax consultants, and draft tax returns.
– Review, validate, and manage client files, encompassing accounts, tax returns, legal components, and compliance.
– Provide tailored solutions to client needs and challenges.

Your profile:

– You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or Management
– You have at least 5 years of experience on a similar position
– You have strong knowledge of the Accounting/Tax/Legal rules in Luxembourg, and a good understanding of AML rules is an advantage
– You have an advanced understanding of the Finance & Accounting market, and you are familiar with the various stakeholders and their roles
– You are organized, methodical, and autonomous
– You are fluent in English and in French (mandatory)
