Reporting Officer (M/W/X)
Temporary mission
Responsibilities:
• Timely reporting of financial KPIs for the Group, Areas, and main countries.
• Prepare Monthly Consolidated Group Managerial P&L, including data validation and gap analysis.
• Create Group Consolidated P&L for Forecast scenarios.
• Assist in budget and SAF data template development.
• Collect data from cost owners across various departments.
• Perform account reconciliations and data analysis.
• Support BDG/SAF tools maintenance and HFM data activities.
• Monitor Group calendar activities.
• Aid in M&A integration.
• Generate ad hoc reports for specific business needs/projects.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of finance administration experience in a FMCG company would be a plus.
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
