JUNIOR CONSUMER SERVICES COORDINATOR EUROPE” (F/H/X)
As Consumer Service Coordinator Europe, you will have following tasks:
? Assist in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory level for after-sales service
operations.
? Analyze inventory data and track trends.
? Coordinate import activities.
? Contribute to continuous improvement for after-sales services in European markets.
? Support the enhancement and implementation of reporting tools (Power BI, Salesforce).
? Collaborate closely with various departments, manufacturing facilities, and external
partners (carriers, third-party logistics providers, call centers).
? Participate in the implementation of European projects aimed at improving customer
service.
Profile
? Master’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Business Management
? 2-3 years of experience working in the same position
? Strong proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Good command of English (C1 level)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
? Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
? Proactive and action-oriented mindset
