Junior Dairy Procurement Buyer (H/F/X)
Main responsibilities:
- Contract Coverage and Stock monitoring: monitor the coverage of different ingredients for the relevant plants
- RFQs Support: assist the Line Manager in issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and evaluating suppliers’ quotations
- Monitor market trends and prices of dairy ingredients, reporting the main trends to the Line Manager
- Projects follow-up: Track and follow up on specific projects related to the dairy category to ensure they progress as planned
- Business Review and Operative meetings: Support Line Manager in preparation for specific internal and external meetings
- Compliance Verification: Verify the compliance status of suppliers and raw materials to ensure adherence to company policies
Who we are looking for:
- SAP knowledge: SAP structure basic knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: particularly Excel for data analysis and report creation
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data to support the Line Manager to take decisions
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate within team
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changes and new challenges in daily work
