Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Degree in administration, management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in office tools and management software.
- Professional attitude and neat appearance.
