Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
