? The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients, a Quality Engineer in a permanent position.
A few words about our client:
This is an internationally renowned industrial company based in Luxembourg, a supplier of parts for the automotive industry.
Your main responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the quality concept and ensuring the resolution of any quality-related issues.
On a daily basis, your main tasks will include:
- Planning and implementing the quality concept.
- Serving as the point of contact and interface for clients on all quality matters, particularly in the event of technical complaints on serial projects.
- Monitoring quality objectives and defining necessary corrective actions.
- Handling complaints and solving problems using the 8D problem-solving process.
- Coordinating activities to prepare and compile documents for process and product validation (PPAP).
- Participating in audits and FMEA sessions.
Your profile:
- 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in an industrial environment.
- Experienced in selecting and applying quality methods (particularly 8D, ISHIKAWA, 5Why problem-solving methods).
- Knowledge of quality management system requirements (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Basic understanding of all legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
