Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Family Officer to join our team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) within a Family Office or a similar setting. This role focuses on the execution of tasks rather than advisory services, requiring a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Execution: Implement and manage day-to-day tasks and projects as directed by clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Financial Administration: Handle routine financial tasks such as bill payments, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Coordination of Services: Coordinate with external service providers, including legal advisors, tax consultants, and investment managers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Asset Management Support: Assist in the monitoring and management of clients’ assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on financial transactions, investment portfolios, and other relevant matters.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Family Governance Support: Assist in the implementation of family governance structures and succession planning as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Office Management or Executive Assitance, ideally with HNWIs in a Family Office or similar environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential. Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
